Tim Burton

This Weekend I'm taking the girls to the Tim Burton Art Exhibit at LACMA. The show is a retrospect of his work over the years.
By now you've probably heard that we have partnered with Disney to produce a line of Nightmare Before Christmas bags. This is one of the films that Tim Burton is responsible for but there are so many more and a lot of which are my all-time favorites.
What are your favorite Tim Burton Movies?

Vincent, Edward Scissorhands and Pee-Wee's big adventure are my top faves & of course Jack & Sally <3, but i really like them all...You will love the exhibit, I went a few weekends ago with my husband and two boys, they loved it. There are so many pieces from almost every movie. Only photos allowed were at the entrance and exit : )
Can't wait to see the bags...maybe there will be an oogie boogie one????

oh how I love that movie! and my 5 year old is kind of in to it also :)

Have so much fun at the exhibit. Its things like that, that make me wish we lived just a few hours to the south, and not in so much agriculture, so we could do the big city stuff too!!!

Big Fish. Tim Burton's art inspires my work for fimo clay.

Edward Scissorhands, by far. Big Fish and Pee Wee are tied for 2nd. ES and BF make me cry like a baby EVERY SINGLE TIME.

~ That was my father's final joke, I guess. The man tells his stories so many times that he becomes the stories. They live on after him. And in that way, he becomes immortal.~ Will Bloom

It's actually Nightmare Before Christmas... my brother and I fell in love with it when we were tiny kids and saw it in the theater... then we got the VHS and would sing along with the songs in that movie because they are so silly! I'm so excited to see the new line... I'll be in line on Sept 10th! :)

NMBX and Big Fish (I cry, more like sob) every time I watch it.

Hey, does anyone have an ACTUAL WORKING # for Vault 28? This week I have left 3 messages on their voicemail/machine and not one return call!
