Cookies for Santa

I hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas and got to spend some quality time with Family and Friends.
This year the girls wanted to make Santa some cookies and since I'm vegan now, we thought Santa might like to try some vegan cookies, which basically means no dairy or eggs.
I've never really baked vegan cookies before so I cheated and bought this ready made mix from Mother's Market. They are made by Eatpastry based in San Diego.
We also left him a glass of Almond Milk to wash down the cookies. He must have liked them because on Christmas Morning all we found was a few crumbs and an empty glass.

Did they taste good?? All I know is, if you leave cookies that Santa isn't too fond of, he won't bring you your heart's desire. We have to be very careful with our baked offerings... :)

Dreena Burton has a killer recipe for chocolate chip cookies in her cookbook, Vive le Vegan!

@B.Poteraj - Haha, yes they were yummy and he must have liked them because all of our Christmas wishes came true. My family from Australia came out to visit and knocked on our door on Christmas day.

@amber - I'll have to check that out.

Oh neat! Santa was a little sad we didn't leave cookies out for him this year... oops. But thankfully he still left us little goodies! Hehe. Hope all of the Harveys team had a Merry Christmas... or any holidays they celebrate! :D

I must ask...is that Fiestaware those cookies sat upon? Fiestaware is made in my home state of West Virginia. I'm always excited to see people who own them! I'm hoping to do the factory tour someday!
