On our newest Special Edition 15th Anniversary Seatbeltbag, Orange Crush!
The celebration is continuing with Orange Crush, a Seatbeltbag dedicated to Orange County, California. We wanted to show Orange County a little love during our anniversary celebration; seeing as it is where the first Seatbeltbag was made and where we still produce our Seatbeltbags today.
When brainstorming our Fall 2012 collection we knew we wanted to pay homage to our hometown. We obviously had to do something Orange, because Orange County is named after the citrus fruit. So we narrowed down our thoughts and came up with the idea to have a mix of different orange seatbelts and call it "Orange Crush."
Orange Crush is a mix of some of our favorite orange colored seatbelts: Sunset, Pinto, and Copper seatbelts with a touch of white.
The name "Orange Crush" came from the nickname of the freeway interchange where the 22, 57, and 5 freeways meet.
In 2002, The Guinness Book of World Records named it the most
complex road interchange in the world. And today it is known as one of the busiest
freeway interchanges in the world. The interchange is also less than a mile
away from our current headquarters.
We hope your loving Orange Crush as much as we are!
